How to define a Search Engine Optimized URL

The Search Engine Optimized URL can be set automatically or manually. By default, the page title is used to automatically set the SEO-URL. All words are set to lowercase and a hyphen is placed between each word. If the SEO-URL does not appear automatically, clicking on the auto-generate button to the right of the input box will regenerate it. Use this if you decide to change the page title.

You may also choose to enter in a value different than the page title and as long as it is not currently in use, it should work. Please note that spaces are not allowed - use hyphens instead. Only alphanumeric characters are allowed.

Please Note: If the page is viewed by clicking on "View This Item" from within the Admin Console, the URL will not be displayed using the SEO-URL. Rather it will display the web address followed by the content id (for example: Http://www.mywebsite.com/content.php?id=123). You will need to log out of the admin console and view the page from the public side to confirm the new URL.
