Problem: I'm trying to use the anchor feature but it's not working. The dialogue box pops up but it won't let me insert anything. I'm having to go through the code now and insert anchors that way.
Solution: Here we go again with browser idiosyncrasies! It works as expected in the latest version of IE9 - enter the bookmark name and click on the "Insert' button. The anchor is set. The behavior is a bit different in FF. In FF, when you create your bookmark name, instead of clicking on the 'Insert' button, just click 'Enter' key and the anchor will be set properly.
