What if I lose my login information for managing my .ca domain through CIRA?

You may need to manage some of your account modifications through the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). If you forgot your CIRA account information, CIRA can email it to the administrative contact listed for the domain. You can submit a request through the Domain Manager or through CIRA's Web site at https://registrants.cira.ca/user .
