Why are two company header logos appearing in the 'Forgot Password' and the 'Welcome Message' emails?

If you have added a header logo to the 'Mass Email Header', you do not require one inside the content of the 'Forgot Password' or  the 'Welcome Message' emails. The Mass Email Header is automatically pre-pended to emails.
