Our client area offers a cancellation request system that is automatically tied into our billing system. Once logged into the Client Area, click on "My Hosting Packages" and "View Details" for the account you wish to cancel. At the bottom of the details page is a "Request Cancellation" button that will take you the form you need to fill out. Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
