Explanation


Online Orders


1. You will see the Store Menu (left side navigation)

2. Click on store option

 

3. Click on online orders

4. All online orders will be visible as well as if they have been processed, paid for or are pending. As well as the names, addresses and methods of payment of the clients.


Invoices


1. You have outstanding invoices on the bottom left hand site

 

2. Or if you need on the top Left you can create your own invoice to send to a client by e mail.

 

3.Click on Create New Invoice

 

4.Fill out the needed areas

 

5.Click Save


Recurring Invoices

 

 

Used for clients that are being billed the same amount every 15 days/ every month the same amount, this is great to use for memberships or products.

1. In search engine plug in clients name

2. Click on Create New invoice

3. Choose how the client will be billed

4. Plug in the rest of the necessary information

5. Under the Created and due date you have an option the make a recurring Invoice every 15, 30 or 60 days.

6. Save page

 


Inventory

 

 


Can take a look at all your inventory items here as well you can make any modifications necessary.

 

Purchase Orders

 

Just a faster way of showing and searching your invoices.


Reports


Shows your income to date.

 


Reports -By line Item


Shows your income to by client, by product by day.
