A customer is going through the store checkout procedure and step 2 requires them to complete the registration form. After filling out the form (email, username, and password), they submit the form. Instead of being transferred on to step 3, when they click the submit button, they are redirected back to the registration page without any error messages.
The problem is that the password entered did not meet the minimum length requirement of 8 characters.
